With the recent DePuy recall, the Johnson & Johnson subsidiary has been making fervent efforts at fooling patients into accepting poor compensatory damages for access to their medical records and for the return of their defective implants after surgical removal. Metallosis Caused By Recalled DePuy Hip Devices

DePuy Orthopaedics, a division of Johnson & Johnson, issued a hip replacement recall in August of 2010 for the company’s Articular Surface Replacement (ASR) Hip Resurfacing System and ASR XL Acetabular total hip replacement, consequently due to data linking these products with substantially high failure rates.
